Location: Leamington Spa
Salary: £40,000 pro rata
Hours: 30 hours per week
Working pattern: hybrid, predominantly in the office in Leamington Spa and some time from home.

The Opportunity
We are looking for an organised and proactive Office & Project Coordinator to provide essential support across both the day-to-day running of the business and its project delivery activities.

The position will suit someone who enjoys taking ownership, managing competing priorities and bringing structure to a busy working environment. You will play an important part in connecting the administrative and operational sides of the business, ensuring effective communication and coordination between colleagues, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
The role will initially be based on 30 hours per week, with the working arrangements reviewed after the first three months. The position will be predominantly office-based in Leamington Spa.

About You
We are looking for someone who is dependable, methodical and comfortable working across a broad range of responsibilities. You will be confident communicating with people at different levels, able to manage your workload independently and proactive in identifying what needs to be done.
You will ideally have experience in an office coordination, project administration or business support role, with the ability to balance routine administration with changing project priorities.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and good IT skills are essential. Experience working with contractors, suppliers or within a construction, engineering or project-led environment would be advantageous.

The Opportunity
This is an opportunity to become a valued part of the business, working closely with senior colleagues and contributing to both its operational efficiency and successful project delivery.
