Workshop Engineer ( Copier / IT Hardware)

Copier / MFD Service Engineer or IT Hardware Engineer – workshop / site based
Location: Cheshire or commutable
 
I’m recruiting for a skilled Copier/MFD Service Engineer or an IT Hardware Engineer with strong experience in laptops/desktops to join a well‑established and supportive technical team within the Cheshire region.

The Role

• Workshop
• Servicing, maintaining and repairing:
  • MFDs / photocopiers or
  • IT hardware including laptops, desktops and peripherals
• Providing excellent customer service and technical support
• Working independently with a proactive, solutions‑focused approach

What You’ll Need
 
Option 1: Copier / MFD Engineer

• Strong experience servicing and repairing MFDs / photocopiers
• Good fault‑finding skills
• Ability to work independently and manage workload
• Customer‑focused approach

Option 2: IT Hardware Engineer

• Experience repairing, diagnosing and supporting laptops/desktops
• Confident with hardware swaps, imaging, configuration and troubleshooting
• Comfortable in customer‑facing environments
• Strong problem‑solving skills
